'Andy Warhol: The Textiles', The Fashion and Textile Museum
DACS worked with the Fashion and Textile Museum on their current exhibition ‘Andy Warhol: The Textiles'. By representing The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, we were able to facilitate the licensing of a series of textile designs by Warhol for use in the catalogue, postcards and various marketing material.
The exhibition includes over 45 of Warhol’s textile patterns from the 1950s and early 1960s, depicting an array of colourful objects – ice cream sundaes, toffee apples, buttons, cut lemons, pretzels and jumping clowns exhibited both as fabric lengths, some in multiple colourways, and as garments.
'Alberta Whittle | create dangerously', National Galleries of Scotland
DACS collaborated closely with the National Galleries of Scotland to license the solo show by Alberta Whittle: 'Alberta Whittle | create dangerously'. The show is an immersive exhibition, promoting compassion and collective care, addressing the harm caused by colonialism.
We licensed a series of merchandise, including T-shirts, pencil cases, posters, postcards, sketchbooks and tote bags.

Souls Grown Deep like the Rivers, The Royal Academy of Art
Drawing its title from the work of Langston Hughes, Souls Grown Deep like the Rivers brings together Black artists from the American South who have forged a unique art tradition. Working in near isolation from established practices, they have created masterpieces that articulate America’s painful past.
DACS worked with the Royal Academy of Arts in licensing a number of our members' work for the show's catalogue, such as Lonnie Holley, Marlene Bennett, Joe Minter, Ralph Griffin, Ronald Lockett and many more.
