Margarita Gluzberg is a Russian born artist, whose practice ranges from drawing, painting, and photography to performance and installation. Her work draws upon historical events, semi-biographical stories, and eclectic cultural references to create visually charged environments that summon memories of the past and negotiate aspects of contemporary existence.

Gluzberg studied at Ruskin School of Drawing, Oxford University and Royal College of Art, and is currently Senior Lecturer at the Royal Academy Schools, London.

Solo shows by the artist include In Paradise, Pushkin House, London; For Children Not For Children, Filet Space, London; Avenue des Gobelins, Paradise Row, London; and Consumystic, Unseen Photo Fair, Amsterdam. Her works are also held in both public and private collections including UBS in London, David Teiger in New York and the Royal College of Art in London.
