Get Up, Stand Up Now features 110 Black creative pioneers working across different disciplines, from the post-war era to the present day. Numerous works have even been created especially for it.

A number of artists featured in the exhibition are also Artimage members. Among them: Faisal Abdu'Allah, Hurvin Anderson, Sonia Boyce, Peter Doig, Hew LockeYinka Shonibare CBE and Aubrey Williams.
